Once your property is listed it will be entered immediately into the MLS (Multi-List Service), posted on our website and a sign placed on the lawn. The MLS is our most powerful and effective marketing tool. We will personally contact the agents of real estate companies doing business in your market prior to its first Sunday Open House and provide them with informational brochures for your property. We will reach buyers directly by advertising the Sunday Open House in the local newspapers and through direct mailings. Additionally, agents active in your market will have the opportunity to preview the home during the Tuesday Agent Open House tour.
