Deciding to Buy

Buying real estate is one of the biggest financial investments that you will make in your life. Whether this is your first purchase or you are an experienced buyer, this decision must be made carefully.
Get to know the neighborhoods, subdivisions, or complexes, which interest you. Drive around and get a feel for what it would be like to own a property in the area. Start getting a sense of the properties available in those areas.
Once you have picked out the property you want to purchase, we can help you make an offer that the seller will accept.  We will help you draft your offer in a way that gives you the advantage over other offers.
Coordinating a back-to-back property sale and purchase can be difficult and stressful. Careful timing of both transactions is critical. Exploring these and other issues with you is our job. We have the experience of coordinating many successful back-to-back sale-purchases and we will give you valuable advice on how to do it with ease.

A Note to First-Time Buyers
We will take the time to introduce and discuss every aspect of the home buying process, as well as informing you about other aspects of home ownership. At our initial meeting, we will discuss options for picking a lender and a loan program, outline your ideal property and neighborhood, and discuss how to find and evaluate potential properties. We will answer any questions you have and make you feel comfortable with the buying process.
